Sponsorship Opportunities

Presenting Sponsorship – $25,000 ($20,000 tax-deductible)

• The official title of the gala will be advertised as RESPLENDENT – Presented by Sponsor Name
• Sponsor’s logo & sponsorship acknowledgement will be listed on all printed and communication materials: gala invitations, gala program, press releases and Apollo’s Fire event web page
• Sponsor will receive a full-page advertisement in all 2022-23 Apollo’s Fire concert programs
• Sponsor will have the unique opportunity to entertain guests with a private performance by a trio of Apollo’s Fire musicians, at their home or business, on a mutually agreeable date
• Sponsor will receive 8 complimentary tickets for an Apollo’s Fire concert during the 2022-23 concert season (subject to availability)
• Sponsor will receive a Corporate Table (8 tickets) to the gala
• All attendees at the Corporate Table will receive a complimentary Apollo’s Fire CD

Pearl Primary Sponsorship – $10,000 ($8,000 tax-deductible)

• Sponsor’s logo & sponsorship acknowledgement will be listed on all printed and communication materials: gala invitations, gala program, press releases and Apollo’s Fire event web page
• Sponsor will receive one half-page advertisement in the 2022-23 concert programs
• Sponsor will receive a Corporate Table (8 tickets) to the gala
• Sponsor will receive 8 complimentary tickets for an Apollo’s Fire concert during the 2022-23 concert season (subject to availability)
• All attendees at the Corporate Table will receive a complimentary Apollo’s Fire CD

Silver Major Sponsorship – $7,500 ($5,700 tax deductible)

• Sponsor’s logo & sponsorship acknowledgement will be listed on all printed and communication materials: gala invitations, gala program, press releases and Apollo’s Fire event web page
• Sponsor will receive one quarter-page advertisement in the 2022-23 concert programs
• Sponsor will receive a Corporate Table (8 tickets) to the gala

Emerald Sponsor Table Host – $5,000 ($4,000 tax deductible)

• Sponsor’s logo & sponsorship acknowledgement will be listed on all gala invitations, gala program, and Apollo’s Fire event web page

Sapphire Sponsored Table – $3,000 ($2,160 tax-deductible)

Ruby Hosted Table – $1,800 ($920 tax-deductible)
