A Message from the Apollo’s Fire Leadership Regarding Racial Justice

If angels shed tears for human tragedies, their tears must now flow like rivers.

Apollo’s Fire mourns together with the families of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and countless others who have been lost as systemic racism continues to pervade America.

As musicians and artists, we stand in solidarity with all who seek to eradicate racism, oppression, and hate. We must pursue justice with the empathy that resonates from the arts. We must all do better.

We stand with our Black friends and colleagues and with the entire Black community – with Passion. Period.
