Dean Valore is an attorney and managing partner of Valore & Gordillo, LLP. He is an Adjunct Professor at the Cleveland Marshal College of Law at Cleveland State University, and is the owner of Tartine Bistro in Rocky River, an award-winning French Bistro and Wine Bar.
